By the time I started researching designers to help us with remodeling the three full baths in our 1922 home, we had already completed a major kitchen/dining room project. And, unlike my kitchen plan, I had no idea where to begin with the bathrooms other than knowing we wanted them to maintain the look of a 1922 home. The vision that Maggie had was absolutely perfect. Of course, a vision is just that, the execution tends to be more difficult. Not in this case. Maggie took a project that should have been extremely difficult and made it enjoyable. She is a perfectionist, a visionary, and an artist.

She instantly understood our style and her suggestions along the way were always right on target. One of the best parts of working with Maggie (of which there are too many to point out here) is that she brought samples to our home and made the decision process SO easy that way, plus the contractors that she enjoys working with were always on time, cleaned up every day, and very thorough and knowledgable. The entire experience was pleasant..from start to finish. I would work with Maggie again in a heartbeat and have already recommended her to all of my friends. On a scale of 5 stars, Maggie deserves 50!!

Hiring Maggie to design and oversee the remodel of our home was the best decision my husband and I could have made. Not only is she a design genius(!), her warm and caring personality made her an absolute dream to work with. Maggie listened to our needs and ideas and designed a space that is way more beautiful and functional that we ever imagined. From the design and drawing phase, through the demolition and construction phase, to the finishing touches, Maggie was always there to answer questions and problem-solve issues that arose. She communicated directly with the contractor and other trades people, making the process easy and relatively stress-free for us. Maggie Cham is a brilliant home designer and absolute professional. My husband and I had the good fortune of working with Maggie when we renovated our home. Although she consulted primarily on our kitchen expansion/remodel and conversion of an office to a master bath, she helped bring the whole remodel together - selecting paint colors for the house interior, light fixtures throughout, etc. Maggie is a fun and outgoing person who was easy to interact with on a regular basis. My husband and I would often have conflicting design ideas, and Maggie successfully served as Peacemaker (e.g. Compromise Negotiator). Ultimately, my husband and I are both happy about (almost) everything. Aside from her design talents, one of the best things about Maggie is her network - she knows what contractors, painters, bathroom suppliers to use, and she has established relationships with these people that (I believe) result in better service. Before we started our full home reno, my husband and I had no idea - NO IDEA - how insane and stressful a renovation is. We just thank our lucky stars that we had Maggie to guide us through the process - we have her to thank for a beautiful and functional finished product that we will enjoy for many years to come!

We worked with Maggie on a renovation of two of our bathrooms and our office. From start to finish she was fantastic and we would never work with anyone other than Maggie in the future. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Maggie listened to what we wanted and executed it perfectly. She really got to know us and our style and put together several sets of plans for us to work from. She was incredibly accessible and came to our house often with samples of finishes, paint, etc so that we could see what things looked like in our space. The finished product is exactly as we wanted it to be and we love it. Brian Podgorski, the contractor who works with Maggie was phenomenal as well. His team was here when they said they would be here and worked hard, every day, to get the work done. Brian was also incredibly accessible through every step of the process. The team worked some weekends to keep the project on time which was incredibly impressive We have recommended Maggie and Brian to multiple friends because we were so impressed. I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future.

We hired Maggie Cham for an extensive kitchen renovation in our 90-year old house. The project also involved installation of a powder room, mud room, and office along with the kitchen. This was absolutely the best decision ever. My husband and I both work full time, and we don't have the time nor inclination to tackle the details of a major renovation. Ms. Cham made it easy for us. She did all the heavy lifting, from helping us pick out all of the components to interacting daily with the contractor. We are extremely pleased with the results.
